If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

The refund of booking amount can be processed after deducting of INR.500 as a cancellation fee(applicable for online vehicle buy). Buy Amount shall be refunded by us after deduction of cancellation fee.

If any online booking amount and other amount paid by the Customer to the Dealership towards the price of the Yamaha Two wheeler, The Customer has to claim the said amount from Perfect Riders. No cash payments would be made by us to the Customers. We Shall pay back the amount through bank cheque/transfer on the name of customer only within 10 working  days from day of cancellation.

The Notice of cancellation should be sent to us together with the electronic customer copy of the Order Booking Form if any and the payment receipt. Once cancelled, Customer Order cannot be reinstated at the same Booking Reference Number.

No cancellation of any booking shall be entertained after generation of Invoice in the name of the customer by the Dealer for any reason.
